Tax Authority Consulting Services is a foreclosure law firm that assists Virginia counties in the collection of seriously delinquent property taxes.

Foreclosure is the final step of the collection process. 23 states’ counties sell tax liens to collect delinquent tax revenue (See Tax Brake case study). The other states’ counties (Like Virginia) handle the collection process themselves, all the way through to foreclosure when they use TACS to file foreclosure law suits in court.
