Title searches & title insurance commitments for closing large commercial real estate portfolio transactions, for sophisticated national clients. Transaction example: Purchase of a portfolio of 100 carwashes in 6 states in an expedited timeframe.

Problems

a. Dropped in a spreadsheet of 85 fast food restaurant addresses, got quotes, clicked to approve and searches began. (Orders can have up to 1,000 parcels each.)

b. Completed searches are auto-received, numbered and stored in one spot – your TL dashboard. Clients get email alerts as each is posted to their dashboard, and they can find anything in a millisecond by looking up any word/data from any order.

c. They also added many columns to their spreadsheet with client information (add as many columns as you like) of any info you wish. Makes tracking & finding easy. Even add nicknames so you don’t have to remember order numbers.
