Title searches & commitments on projects across the nation, to de-risk those projects before construction can begin.

Problems

Required by their CFO to get multiple quotes from best providers for all title work, approve, track, receive, access, store, find, communicate with the providers to solve problems, receive invoices, correct, pay and track them…and they had no tool to do all this with.

Discovery of TL
